Norm is Vice-Chair of BFL Canada, where he also sits on the Board of Directors. In addition, he is member of the Board of Directors of Fiera Capital and Atco, Co-Chair of Dorel Industries, Chair of the McGill University Health Centre Foundation, Co-chair of Women in Governance, Chair of the Board of Governors of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, member of the Board of Directors and Organizing Committee of the Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum, and Strategic Advisor of Vanadium One Iron Corp.

Norm retired as Chair Emeritus of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada in 2019. Throughout his distinguished career at Norton Rose Fulbright, he held multiple senior leadership positions, including as the former Global Chair of Norton Rose Fulbright, one of the largest law firms in the world with 4,000 lawyers located in 58 cities across the globe. His career at Norton Rose Fulbright focused on advising some of the world’s largest companies, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, corporate governance and leading legal teams in some of Canada’s most significant transactions.

Norm works closely with PCP to both explore investment opportunities and provide strategic and operational advice to existing portfolio companies.
