Founded in 2008 by Dr. Sheldon Elman and Stuart M. Elman, Persistence Capital Partners ("PCP") is Canada’s only private equity fund exclusively focused on high-growth opportunities in Canadian healthcare.

The firm is comprised of former owners, operators and regulators of healthcare businesses in Canada and around the world, with more than a hundred years of collective experience. We understand the strategic and operational issues business owners and management teams are facing. This makes PCP the partner of choice for growth capital, or to provide business owners with full or partial exit opportunities.

Our investors include leading Canadian institutional investors, Canadian financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. The Partners of PCP are also significant investors in our funds.
