Acquired in 2008, the Independent Medical Assessment division of Medisys (“Medisys IMA”) was a leading provider of independent medical evaluations (“IMEs”) to property & casualty insurers, law firms, corporations, government agencies and other insurers in the Canadian market.

During PCP’s ownership, Medisys IMA doubled revenues and nearly tripled EBITDA. Medisys IMA was sold in December 2011 to SCM Insurance Services.
