Founded in 2009, kDa Group Inc. (TSXV: KDA) quickly grew to be a leading provider of personnel placement services for pharmacies in Quebec.

Through a focused organic growth and acquisition strategy, kDa has grown into a leading provider of pharmacy services and pharmaceutical solutions focused on a wide range of value enhancing services for its expanding customer base: Pharmacy Services provides a range of services to pharmacies and pharmacists, including staffing, generic medication, and related services; and Pharmaceutical Solutions provides a range of communications, training and other services to pharmaceutical companies in Canada.

Today, kDa is the largest job placement provider for the pharmacy sector in the province, operating a network of 650 contract replacement pharmacists and technical assistants across 750 pharmacies. In addition, the company also provides continuing medical education programs to allied healthcare professionals, generic pharmaceutical distribution services to retail pharmacies and professional consulting services to pharmacy owners. In total, kDa currently has over 100 employees, 1,100 clients and a network of over 750 allied health professional contractors.

kDa is publicly traded and has been listed on the TSXV since 2015.
